A sacred practice rooted in ancient Eastern cultures, sound healing is increasingly being embraced to soothe frazzled minds and bodies and assist in inducing deep meditative states and spiritual expansion. For millennia, sound baths have been used to support us in disconnecting from our thinking minds (identification with the ego, limiting beliefs, fears and self-imposed blocks) and providing the space for deep healing by harnessing our body’s innate intelligence.

By working on the principle that certain vibrations emit healing frequencies that resonate with our energetic bodies, sound healing brings us into alignment and promotes our deepest truth and wellbeing.
